Stage One: Warm up (1-2mins)
Welcome to PEPEC!
1.Do you like sports?
2.What kind of television programs do you like watching?
3.Can you say something about your college life or working background?
4.Where did you have the initial training as a student pilot ?

Stage Two: Level check (5-6mins)
1.What are the most important quality of being a pilot?
2.Let's suppose that you are flying with a captain/first officer that you really don't like. How do you deal with this problem?
3.Can you introduce the CRM training in your airlines? Or the CRM training coureses in your flight school?
4.How do you make a good coroperation with ATC?
5.Do you have any experience of unusual flight situation, such as abnormal or even emergent situation? Can you tell me about it?
6.What do you think is important when you are in an abnormal or non-routine situation?
7.When you are in trouble, how can you get help from air traffic controllers?
8.What kind of preparations are you going to make before flight if there might be bad weather conditions in your flight?
Stage Three: Probe (6-7mins)

- Could you please describe what you see in the picture?
- Can you tell me the function of aircraft engine?
- Do you think ground check is very important? Why?
- What damage did the engine have?
- What procedure does your company have to the one engine failure?
- If you are the captain of the aircraft and one of your engine failed during takeoff, what are you going to do ?
- Do you need any ground personnel assistance?
- How can we avoid engine failure?
Stage Four: Wind down(1-2mins)
1.Do you like simulator training?
2.How many times do you have the simulator training?
3.Do you think simulator training is important? And why?
4.Do you think learning English is important? 5.What will you do when you finish the test?
