Stage One: Warm up（1-2mins）

1)What's the weather like today?

2)Would you please introduce your educational or working background?

Stage Two: Level check(5-6mins)

1) Why do you choose to be a pilot?

2) What is the main responsibility of being a pilot?

3) Who has influenced you most in choosing the job?

4) What challenges will pilot meet in the near future?

5) What do you think about the foreign pilots flying in Chinese airlines?

6) According to your own experience, how do you make a good landing?

7) What type of aircraft are you flying now? Please introduce the characteristics of it.

8) What should you do when you have to abort takeoff?

 Stage Three: Probe(6-7mins) Picture description

Please look at the picture in front of you.

1) Could you please describe what you notice in the picture?
